Clark joined Creekmur as the Director of Financial Planning in 2023 after managing his own financial planning practice for 36 years.

Clark graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, major in Finance. He also graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law with a Master of Jurisprudence, double major in Wealth Management and Risk Management. He is committed to lifelong learning, having earned the following credentials: Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®), Registered Social Security Analyst® (RSSA®), Certified in Blockchain and Digital Assets (CDBA), and Tax Planning Certified Professional® (TPCP®), and certification in Generative AI for Business Transformation through Purdue University.

Clark is involved with many professional activities, having served on the Advisory Board of the Journal of Financial Planning, the Greater Dallas Business Ethics Award Committee, and the Dallas-Fort Worth Financial Planning Association Board of Directors. He is an Adjunct Professor in Financial Planning at East Texas A&M University and an instructor for financial planning at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He is quoted frequently in national news outlets including CNBC, Kiplinger, AARP, Credit.com, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Money Magazine, US News & World Report and others.

Clark and his wife, Vanessa, have four adult children and two grandchildren. They love to spend time visiting with family and friends and traveling both domestically and abroad.
