Jake Jablonski

Jake Jablonski joined the Creekmur Wealth team in 2023 and brings his passion for understanding economics and helping individuals achieve their financial goals.

After receiving his degree in economics from California State University – Chico, Jake was recruited to join State Street Bank, Co. where he supported business-to-business relationships with Fortune 500 companies such as BlackRock. He then grew his passion and dedication to servicing individual investors by joining Charles Schwab and Zacks Investment Management where he spent much of the last decade working with high-net-worth investors specializing in retirement planning, tax efficiency, and asset management.

Jake enjoys the commitment to his clients and the continued growth of knowledge to help them achieve financial peace of mind. In his spare time, Jake and his Fiancé enjoy cooking, hiking, skiing, and spending quality time with friends and family.
